also do u need to have the shadows of angmar - or how ever u spell it

You would need all three of the games/expansions to play all the way through to mirkwood

Shadows of Angmar, Mines of Moria and Mirkwood.

If you have the first two Sign into your Codemaster account and upgrade it and add the Mirkwood expansion.

The Mirkwood expansion will only be available for you to play once you reach lvl 60 and have a friend reputation with the Elves of Lothlorien.

you only require friend standing with the elves of lothlorien, but as twisted said evans, just go onto your Codemasters online account and you can buy it from there

so i need to buy shadows of angmar then i need to go onthe codemasters website to buy murkwood

You clearly do have Angmar because Angmar was the original and you cannot play Lord of the Rings online without it, because it was originally called Lord of the Rings: Shadows of Angmar
