Just wondering why I can't connect to the TDM server.

Not sure, server is up and fine with players on it.
Do you get any messages when trying to connect or just a time out?
got the ip and port correct?

Just a time out. IP and port correct. I don't really mind, it just bugs me off not knowing why it doesn't work :p

Strange cause its damn near same ip as the mixed and its on the same box so you shouldnt have any problems.

Still times out. It's strange, though, it doesn't time out until it's at 11, normally they time out at 9 for me.

or do a tracert

Times out when pinging too, as expected. No idea what a tracert is :p

Start => Run => CMD => tracert 85.234.138.162:2304

Try the same for the mixed and compare the two.
